K & T Transit is NOT responsible for any personal theft, injury, or death during the planned vacation period or the vehicle usage period. Any vehicle that needs to be used MUST be returned in the manner in which it was given. Any accrued expense will be the renter's or the renter's insurance company responsibility. All licensed drivers must follow all city, state, and local rules during the use of our vehicle. The only person that can drive our vehicles is the person(s) names listed on the rental agreement. Any damages or defamation placed upon the vehicle purposely and not reported by the users to the company may result in legal action.
